Tangler in the Bulletin
Joshua Gliddon of the Bulletin has done an extensive article on the state of Web 2.0 startups in Australia, focusing on their struggle with raising venture capital. Cameron Reilly of TPN’s recent decision to head to the US was the real catalyst for the story. TPN, Omnidrive, Gnoos and Tangler are all given a mention. Great article.

[…] Josh Gliddon chatted with me the other day for the article, though I don’t get a mention probably because I’m currently sticking to Aussie turf to find funding. My buddies Cameron, Marty, Nik, and Ben get some great coverage. Good one guys! […]

Marty,
This is a great blog but I feel you’re leaving a few things out. For example, at your dinner 2.0 entry, you forgot the little red arrows pointing out which guys were single, cute, and available. And the green ones for the guys who are financially solvent. Also, on your new hire, I’m really glad he’s capable, but come on. All we want to know is if he’s cute, single, and emotionally available. Has he ever watched Oprah? Cried at a chick flick? Wiped up a spill when no one is looking at him?

Hey Carmeron, you get far, far more than a question mark. When are you in SF?

What about the possibility of pulling out of Iraq, letting Iran invade and lose resources fighting their own kind,
and then come in and mop up the dregs?
